So far, my second year at PCC has been great! The classes that I took in the fall (see previous journal) were great! Although I had to drop the game class because it didn't work with my schedule. It was great to get back into the darkroom again! I developed a lot of photos and had a great time with my Final. I had Anna [link] model the Seven Deadly Sins [link] and I think it turned out really well! My Black and White Design class was really basic though. It was nice to learn some new concepts, but overall I didn't feel like I was pushed into an artistic direction very much. The class was really for beginners, which is great and it really helped them, but it would have been nice to have a little more freedom with the assignments.
This term I have Digital Photography, Math, Poetry, and Life Drawing! I hope to learn even more and improve my skills in these classes. Life Drawing is on Friday from 9am-3! My professor said that with a class that long you will see your skill improve dramatically in a few weeks. We'll see about that! You can expect a lot more art from me this year because of all the art classes I have. You might even see some poetry! Which is completely new to me. This may be my last year at PCC before I start looking into Ai or other schools. I really want to study abroad though…. so maybe…. well, we'll see.
Ponyo was a super cute movie and I will definitely be purchasing a copy for myself. The english voice actors were amazing! Tina Fey and Betty White were the ones I was happiest to hear. Hayao Miyazaki never ceases to amaze me with his animations. District 9 was also a fantastic movie. It was definitely one of the best movies of 2009. Also, Inglorious Bastards, that movie was something special. I thought it was well scripted and acted. I really like how it played out.

I cannot believe it is 2010!!! Twenty-Ten sounds so futuristic. 2009, we had some great times. There was so much that you gave me! Music was a huge part of last year! With the discovery of Last.fm [link] I delved deeper than ever into music catered to my tastes. I guess I never knew how much I was missing by just listening to mainstream tunes.

This year I'm looking forward to some video gaming goodness! Metroid Prime: Other M, Super Mario Galaxy 2, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Sequel, and some others, I'm sure. Like Bayonetta on Xbox! That game is going to be amazing, once I get enough money to buy it!!!
I moved into a different room in my house, just for some change. I like it, it is much more quaint than my other room. Which was freezing cold by the way! Seriously, I would wake up and have to de-thaw over a vent in the morning. I also dyed my hair Platinum! I've wanted to do it for a long time, almost for 2 years ago I told myself I would. Well I hope this year is going to be amazing, so far it's off to a great start!
